Of interest to about 3 of us

There's a new Vaselines album coming!

They're a bunch of Glaswegians who - 20 years ago - married twee, jangly guitars and sex to make magic. Kurt Cobain was a fan too - 'Jesus Doesn't Want Me For A Sunbeam', on Nirvana's acoustic album, is a Vaselines track, as are 'Molly's Lips' and 'Son of a Gun', on Incesticide.

I'm a huge fan, even though Eugene looks like the identical twin of a very much unlamented former boss of mine.

Was listening to the Complete History record the other day. I'm semi sold on that song. I'm unsure whether Arab Strap have kind of stolen their crown as Scotland's premier (or ex premier as they now are) band.

You Think You're A Man is still the best for me.
