Arrggghhhh. Must buy books.

In fact, I'm so angry that I've had to browse the Oxford University Press Summer Sale. I restricted myself to two books. Oops. £80. Still they're very good: a newish translation of Tasso's great late Renaissance poem, Gierusalemme Liberata for £6.49, and the two volume Oxford Chronology of English Literature, reduced from £150 to £75. I really wanted The Arthurian Annals: the Tradition in English from 1250-2000 but even reduced from £295 to £147.50, it's a bit above my price range and that still leaves the Welsh, Breton, French, German and Italian Arthuriana to come. What a shame.

Is there a Hegemon University Press? Only if you count a couple of seriously inane Twitter feeds…
