My money's on David Cameron. I know people who worked with him before he was an official Tory Bastard. They say he has an appalling temper and unpleasant personal manner. He owns a top hat. Case solved!
Your thoughts?
(Yes, I am marking a Ripper-themed 3rd-year dissertation).

Now far be it for me to defend Cameron but although relativity does permit time travel it is a misconception that it allows travel through time. Rather it states that as a body approaches light speed the way that time effects it is altered. In essence it is time that moves and not the body (which only moves through space) This is all of course academic as travelling at that sort of speed is almost certainly impossible for anything much larger than an atom and even if it was the body would be torn up into it's respective elements pretty quickly anyway. I suppose shredding the leader of the opposition into microscpic pieces would be a pretty good second best to framing him for a series of unsolved Victorian murder cases though.
Thanks for the elucidation, Ben. I gather that there also isn't enough energy available in the universe to make the theory realisable.
I'm certainly up for disaggregating Cameron if we can't imprison him for whore murderation.
Splendid. Three tickets for Switzerland please! We've got someone to stick in their tunnel.
