Students: if you think your teacher is - to choose a completely random example - boring, have a quiet word, or put it on your module evaluation form. Don't - and I'm obviously making this up - declare it as soon as said hypothetical lecturer has walked past you: sound travels more than ten yards even if there's a corner involved.
