Emma, despite being a vegetarian, gave me a Christmas present of fine pate, cassoulet de canard and a fine saucisson de canard. Finer friends would be impossible to find. All hail Emma!
I shall have to find an appropriate gift in response. I'm currently considering a sack of potatoes. Any thoughts?
