I've found a rival institution to lovely UPEI.ca: the University of the Faroes. When you're all fighting over the last tomato plant in Waterworld, I intend to be sitting in a tutorial chatting about books with some of the 130 students.
I see they do travel scholerships, better start getting in some Faroese literature.
Also better start getting used to a fishy diet if you have to be self sufficient. The fishing industry contributes 95% of their GDP and they spend 13 million on fruit and vege imports.
