All-American All-Sleazy

In a break from my usual diet of contemporary classical, folk and wet British indie-schmindie, I've been listening to the dark side of American 'college rock' today, after mentioning the lamented Morphine to a friend. Here are some of the highlights.

Firstly, Morphine's 'Sharks Patrol These Waters':

Sebadoh's 'Beauty of the Ride' - insanely catchy.

Their side project Folk Implosion's sleazy ear worm 'Natural One'

Couldn't not have any Faith No More. I toyed with 'Jizzlobber' and 'Crack Hitler', but opted for 'We Care A Lot', because it's what I have in common with them. Ahem.

And finally Amy LaVere's tart 'Killing Him Didn't Make The Love Go Away'.

Your suggestions welcome.
