The only television programmes last night which didn't mention next year's royal wedding were those with 'Nazis' in the title. I even found myself switching off the news, which is unheard of for me.
So I make this pledge: however annoyed I get, the marriage between William and Kate will never, ever be mentioned by me again.
Update: Cameron wants a bank holiday for the bloody wedding. I intend to go to work on that day. Who's with me?
I have to agree Voley - whilst it's nice that a couple are getting married, the coverage on it is already boring me rigid. Let's be honest, it's nothing to do with us anyway.
I've sent you an unbloggable joke about the wedding, courtesy of my brother. He's an electrician and works with builders a lot. They might not rewire your house as fast as you'd like 'em to, but they're quick off the mark with topical jokes.
I want an exquisite and charming commemorative plate but don't have any money to send just at the moment. Does anyone know where i could buy such an item? Perhaps with an option to pay in easy instalments?

without sounding as though Im on FB - the illustrations in this post really need a 'like' button attached!
It makes me sad that the English aren't more proud of decapitating Charles I 150 years before the French did Louis.
I see Samantha Cameron as Marie Antoinette. 'Let them eat designer leather goods'.
