6 massive, blue duck-eggs. 2 pheasants. 1 partridge. Rare breed black pudding. Gloucester Old Spot bacon, 2 ham hocks, 1 formerly wild Barbary duck. All dead. Dead Tasty! Tonight the Atkins diet begins. Luckily swimming starts again on Friday.
For a varied and surprising diet, I recommend road kill. It's almost guaranteed to be organic and to have lived a relatively fulfilled life in the wild before its demise. I would be grateful if anyone can recommend any 'road salad' I could pick in order to economise on shopping time and ensure my 5-a-day?

Is this a list of something you ate, or of things you saw in a protected wildlife documentary?
