The US Ambassador to the UN quite rightly described Gadaffi as delusional and accused him of 'laughing… while slaughtering his own people'.
Totally true. But it reminded me of another man who has killed hundreds of his own troops and hundreds of thousands of civilians in illegal and unnecessary wars, all seemingly without losing his levity.
Ah yes, here it is: it's George W. Bush
