B) That's a real shame if true. I'd like to see a two-tier Test system, promote a few countries and have them play each other with the best/better teams having a crack at the big boys every so often. Ireland can't be any worse than Bangladesh, who have Test status but were skittled out for 59 a few minutes ago.
C) I can't justify it, sadly. I'll change it to "couldn't care less".
