Thus far this week:
1. Stinking cold.
2. I broke a tooth last night. It's going to cost me several hundred pounds and I'll have to wait until next week to get it sorted.
3. I've got to go to Loughborough (pron. 'low brow') for the weekend to be patronised by eager young sporty types, aided by dull Powerpoint slides with 'motivational' slogans.
4. I'm struggling to find a way to explain deconstruction to first-year students.
